Our Story
StartPoint Solutions LLC was founded right here in Louisiana by people who grew up eating at the same restaurants and bars you run. With 28 years of experience serving the restaurant and bar industry, we've seen every kind of operation — from corner dive bars to multi-location fine dining — and we know what it takes to keep them running.
We saw firsthand how hard it was for local businesses to get reliable POS support. The big national companies would sell you a system and disappear. We built StartPoint to be different. When you call us, you get a real person who knows your market, understands your operation, and can be on-site the same day if needed.
Today we serve over 100 businesses across the region from our Lafayette location. Every client gets the same thing: honest advice built on nearly three decades of industry experience, the right system for their needs, and support that doesn't quit after the sale.
